With its thermal stability and airtightness capabilities, the airbag can withstand an operating temperature of 160-220℃ (320-428°F) in different molding processes. The airbag functions as embedded bags to accommodate various molds, with the option to selectively incorporate accessories like embedded core materials (e.g., EPS) and valves as per the specific requirements. This adaptability makes it particularly well-suited for components that demand special shapes.
Once inflated, the airbag conforms seamlessly to the internal mold, addressing challenges associated with the formation of wrinkles on the inner surfaces of curved or uniquely shaped components. Furthermore, we offer a variant of these airbags that eliminates the need for mold release agents, thereby improving manufacturing efficiency, promoting environmental sustainability, and enhancing worker safety.
